I'm based in Seville, Spain. A few months ago I noticed something small

but painful: local businesses (restaurants, salons, clinics, garages)

almost never respond to their Google reviews — not because they don't

care, but because they don't have time to sit down and write something

good, especially the negative ones.

So I built ReplyAI: paste a review, get a professional response in

seconds, in the customer's own language, in whatever tone fits your

business (professional, warm, premium, SEO-focused...). It also

generates a QR code businesses can print and put on the counter, so

happy customers leave a review on the spot instead of forgetting.

I'm doing manual outreach to local businesses in Seville right now

(WhatsApp, in person) to get my first real users before scaling this

further. Getting rejected from Product Hunt taught me more about

positioning than the rejection itself was worth, so here I am building

in public instead.
