I built a tool to stop mental spirals by turning stress into clear steps

I’m a high school student, and stress has been a constant part of my life — not because I don’t work hard, but because everything feels mentally jammed. Too many thoughts, too many open loops, and no clear “next step.”

I realized most productivity tools assume you already know what you need to do. But when you’re overwhelmed, that’s the exact problem — you don’t.

So I built Unjam.

Unjam helps you take overwhelming thoughts and break them into clear, doable steps so your brain can stop spiraling and actually move forward.

This is still early, but I genuinely want to make it better. I’d love honest feedback on:
• What feels confusing?
• What feels useful?
• What would make this something you’d come back to?

Here’s the project:

Appreciate any thoughts — thank you for reading.
