I built a tool to turn messy workflows into structured systems — is this actually useful?

I keep running into workflows that aren’t actually written down anywhere — it’s just “we kind of do it like this” spread across docs, messages, and people’s heads.

That works… until something breaks, and then no one’s really sure what the process even is.

I’ve been building a small toolduring the Replit Agent 4 Buildathon that takes a messy description of a process and turns it into something more structured (steps, roles, gaps, etc).

I’m honestly not sure if this is something people would actually use, or if it just sounds nice in theory.

• When would you actually use something like this?
