I built a tool where we're treating project updates as the source of truth

We built Toward to solve our own problem - as an existing bootstrapped SaaS solution we were finding it painful to manage multiple projects across the company.

Slack threads, abandoned spreadsheets, outdated Asana tasks, Notion pages nobody checked.

The problem wasn't lack of communication — we were updating each other constantly. The problem was the updates were scattered everywhere.

So we asked: what if we used AI for good and allowed the team to just brain-dump what's happening, and the system figures it out?

I'm talking about understanding what the actual update is, creating or updating the relevant thread, but most of all - giving us quick insights on whats actually happening.

....and so, we did just that.

Now all it takes is a simple update whenever something gets done or changes. The system automatically understands it, organizes it, and gives you intelligent insights into what's actually happening — emerging blockers, patterns, predictions, opportunities.
