I built a toolkit to help new managers have better conversations...live now.

I’ve been working quietly on a small idea: a lightweight, practical toolkit to help new managers handle the kinds of conversations they often feel unprepared for — giving feedback, setting goals, talking about careers, doing reviews, facing problems etc.

I’m a leadership and learning expert by background, and I’ve spent years supporting people managers. The same thing kept coming up: “I know what I should do, but I don’t know how to say it or structure it.”

So I created a set of 7 one-page guides that managers can use to run better 1:1s and build trust — even if they’re new to the role or feeling awkward.

It’s called ManageWell: Manager Conversation Toolkit — now live on Gumroad.
