What it does
SYNCDATE keeps your Google Calendars in sync across accounts. You connect your accounts, pick which calendars to sync (and which direction), and it just runs in the background. Add something to one calendar, it shows up on the other. Works both ways. And no, you won't end up with a mess of duplicate events — it handles that properly.
On the technical side — it uses Google's push notifications so syncs happen in seconds. There's also a 15-min polling fallback just in case anything slips through.
Where things stand
It's live at syncdate.app. Free tier gives you 2 accounts. Paid starts at $1.99/mo for up to 3, or $8.99/mo for up to 5.
I've been using it myself for a few months now and it's been rock solid. At this point I'm trying to get it in front of more people who deal with the same headache.
Would love your thoughts on a few things:
Does the pricing feel right? Too low? Too high?
What would it take for you to trust something like this with your calendar?
Any sync use cases I might be missing?
Ask me anything. And if you're someone who's constantly juggling multiple Google accounts — I'd really like to hear from you.
