I Built a Visual Employee Scheduling Tool That Actually Makes Planning Easy

I kept running into the same problem: employee scheduling tools are either too basic (Excel chaos) or too heavy (enterprise HR systems).

So I built something in between.

A modern employee scheduling planner with:

• Click-to-add shifts
• Split shifts (morning + afternoon with break)
• Clear status types: Work / Leave / Sick / Rest
• Automatic hour calculation
• Color-coded visual planning
• Excel & PDF export

The UI is modal and simple:
Click "+" → Choose status → Define hours → Done.

If it’s a split shift, the system stacks the hours visually with a coffee icon between blocks ☕

It’s designed for restaurants, retail, healthcare, production teams, offices — basically any team that needs structured planning without complexity.
