I built a website platform for my wife's YouTube channel

Hey IH! I built a website platform for YouTube creators.

My wife started a YouTube channel and needed a website. The options were WordPress (too much maintenance), Squarespace (expensive, no YouTube integration), or Linktree (not a website). Every time she uploaded a video, she'd have to manually update her site. So I built something better.

TubeCMS - tubecms.app sign up, connect your YouTube channel via Google OAuth, pick a template. Your site is live in under 5 minutes with your videos, banner, and branding pulled in automatically. Upload a new video? It appears on your site within moments via push notifications. No manual work, ever.

What it does:

  • Automatic YouTube video sync (push notifications, not polling)

  • AI blog post generation from your video transcripts - one click, 30 seconds

  • Built-in email newsletters

  • Link-in-bio page with click tracking

  • Instagram and TikTok feed integration

  • Merch store (Fourthwall, Shopify)

  • Privacy-friendly analytics (no cookies, no third-party trackers)

  • Live stream auto-detection

  • SEO tools: video sitemaps, structured data, custom meta tags

Pricing: Free plan that's genuinely usable (not a 14-day trial). Starter at £2.99/mo (~$4), Pro at £6.99/mo (~$9).

Stack: ASP.NET Core 8, Azure SQL with Row-Level Security for multi-tenancy, Azure Blob Storage, EF Core, Stripe, Cloudflare, Resend.

Solo founder, no investors, bootstrapped from the UK. Happy to answer questions about the tech, the multi-tenancy architecture, or anything else.
