Hey IH! I'm Eggert, a US/Icelandic designer and developer running a small agency between Reykjavík and Boston. I just launched Ubezon -- a white-label delivery management platform for local businesses.
The problem: Pharmacies, florists, retailers, and couriers need delivery software but the options are either enterprise-priced ($500+/mo) or locked to someone else's brand. Small businesses get squeezed.
What I built: Ubezon lets any business launch a fully branded delivery operation in minutes. You get your own subdomain (yourbiz.ubezon.com), your colors, your logo. It handles:
Driver and handler (warehouse/pickup point) management
Live GPS tracking with Mapbox
Stripe Connect payments with automatic driver payouts
Photo proof of delivery
4 user roles: Sender, Driver, Handler, Admin
The stack: PHP, MySQL, vanilla JS (ES modules, no framework), Nginx on a single $12/mo DigitalOcean droplet. No React, no Next.js, no Kubernetes. Just straightforward code that works.
Pricing: $49/mo + 1.5% per delivery. One plan, no tiers, 14-day free trial.
Where I am now: Platform is live, processing real payments through Stripe, running Google Ads with a small test budget. We already got a few users! so now I'm focused on growth and visibility.
What I'd love to hear from you:
How did you land your first B2B customers?
Any delivery/logistics founders here? What worked for you?
Feedback on the landing page: https://ubezon.com
Happy to answer any questions about the build or the business!
