A while back I was managing automations for a handful of clients. Zapier mostly, some Make. For the longest time my system for knowing if something broke across all of them was basically waiting for the client to tell me. That worked until it didn't. Had a lead capture workflow fail silently over a long weekend for one of my clients. They lost days worth of leads before anyone noticed. That was on me and I knew it.
Spent some time after that building a simple monitor that pings my Slack whenever any client workflow fails or just stops running when it's supposed to. Caught two issues before the clients did in the first week. Felt like a superpower honestly.
Built it with agencies in mind - when you're managing automations across 10 or 15 different client accounts, keeping tabs on all of them manually can be difficult. Different Zapier accounts, different Make workspaces, different inboxes. There's no single place to see what's healthy and what isn't across all your clients at once. That's the gap I kept running into.
The missing run detection is where it earns its keep. If a workflow that normally runs every hour goes quiet for 3 hours - something is wrong. That silence is what costs agencies client trust.

Still early and genuinely curious how other agency owners handle this right now. What's your current system for knowing when a client workflow breaks?
Same pattern with people, not just Zaps. You ask. They go quiet. You find out late, usually from the client.
I'm building Tskflow for that on the human side. You asked, then you became the reminder. It ends that chase.
What's your current system when a person goes silent, not a workflow?
