I built a workforce management platform for manufacturing — here's where I'm at

I've been building ShiftArmor for about 7 months now. It's a SaaS platform that replaces the disconnected tools manufacturers use to manage scheduling, time tracking, safety audits, training, and OSHA compliance.

The stack is Next.js + TypeScript, PostgreSQL, deployed on AWS ECS. Solo dev, no co-founder, no funding.

What's live right now:

Shift scheduling with overtime detection and pattern-based rotation

Time clock with geofencing

Safety incident tracking (OSHA 300/300A compliant)

Risk assessment engine with 18 weighted factors

Training management with certification tracking

Safety audit checklists with walkthrough execution

AI assistant for managers (powered by Claude)

Stripe billing with tiered pricing

Where I'm at:

Production is live, infrastructure is hardened

Working on GTM — getting listed on review sites, building out the outbound pipeline

Zero paying customers yet. That's the next milestone.

What I'm figuring out:

How to reach safety managers and plant supervisors who aren't hanging out on Twitter

Whether to lead with the safety/compliance angle or the scheduling angle

Getting first pilots without a sales team

Happy to answer questions about the build or the market. And if you know anyone running a manufacturing floor with spreadsheet safety logs, send them my way.
