About two years ago, I realized something uncomfortable.
I wasn’t losing money on ads because I didn’t understand targeting, bidding, or funnels.
I was losing because of creatives.
At the time, I was helping a small e-commerce brand run paid ads. The product was solid. The price was competitive. The landing page converted decently. But no matter how much we tweaked campaigns, performance always plateaued.
Eventually, the data made it obvious:
The problem wasn’t media buying.
The problem was that our ads didn’t look or feel native enough.
Every “new test” meant:
Writing new hooks
Designing new images
Editing short videos
Or worse, finding UGC creators and waiting days (sometimes weeks)
For a small team, this was exhausting and expensive.
For indie founders and solo marketers, it was basically impossible.
Meanwhile, platforms like TikTok and Instagram were rewarding one thing above all else:
volume + iteration speed.
The brands that won weren’t necessarily more creative — they just tested more variations, faster.
That gap bothered me.
I asked myself a simple question:
Why is it so easy to launch ads, but so hard to generate ad creatives?
We already had AI writing copy.
We already had AI generating images.
But ad creatives — especially UGC-style ads — were still fragmented, manual, and slow.
So I started building something small.
The earliest version of Ads AI Creator did one thing:
Turn a product description into multiple ad angles and hooks
No videos. No fancy UI. Just text.
But even that was useful.
I noticed something interesting:
People didn’t want “perfect ads.”
They wanted options.
Different hooks.
Different tones.
Different storytelling angles.
That insight shaped everything that came after.
Over time, I expanded the product step by step:
Generate UGC-style image ads
Generate short-form video ads
Match the tone of real TikTok / Instagram creatives
Focus on speed, not perfection
The goal wasn’t to replace human creativity.
The goal was to remove the blank page problem.
Instead of starting from zero, founders could start from 20 variations and refine the best ones.
At its core, Ads AI Creator exists for one reason:
Small teams shouldn’t lose to big teams just because they can’t produce creatives fast enough.
Most indie founders:
Don’t have designers on demand
Don’t have UGC creators on retainer
Don’t have time to manually test 50 ideas
Ads AI Creator is meant to be the “always-available creative assistant”:
Turn a product into ad-ready content
Generate images, videos, and angles quickly
Make experimentation cheap again
Ads AI Creator is still evolving.
It’s not perfect.
Some outputs need tweaking.
Some ideas don’t land.
But people are using it to:
Launch their first paid ads
Test new products faster
Generate UGC-style creatives without waiting on creators
For me, that’s enough motivation to keep going.
This started as a personal frustration.
I didn’t set out to build “the #1 AI ads tool.”
I just wanted something I wished I had when I was stuck refreshing ad dashboards, knowing the problem wasn’t the algorithm — it was the creative.
If you’re building ads with a small team (or alone), you probably know that feeling too.
That’s why Ads AI Creator exists.
