The cycle I couldn't break:
Launch product → Post everywhere → Wait for signups → Maybe get 1-2 users → Repeat
I was the bottleneck. Every founder is.
So I built LeadSynth AI:
An AI sales automation platform that handles the entire sales cycle autonomously - finding leads, reaching out, and closing conversations. No manual work.
Think of it as your sales team that never stops working.
How it started (August):
Built a lead finder that monitors Reddit, X, LinkedIn for real-time conversations. People asking for solutions like yours.
110+ founders signed up. Growth was decent but manual.
The real problem: Finding leads was only half the battle. Founders still had to manually reach out, follow up, qualify. They wanted their time back.
The breakthrough (2 weeks ago):
Deployed fully autonomous AI agents that handle both sides:
Inbound: Agents monitor conversations 24/7, detect buying intent, engage prospects automatically
Outbound: Agents identify targets, craft personalized outreach, send messages, handle responses
Fully autonomous end-to-end sales automation.
What happened next:
The product literally uses itself to sell itself.
The insight that changed everything:
Founders don't want tools. They want their sales handled.
"AI-powered lead finder" → cool, another tool to manage
"AI that runs your entire sales operation autonomously" → shut up and take my money
What the platform does:
Monitors social platforms in real-time → Identifies high-intent prospects → Reaches out contextually → Handles conversations → Books demos/trials
No dashboards to check. No manual work. Just results.
Why fully autonomous matters:
Most "AI sales tools" are copilots - they help you work faster.
LeadSynth is different. The agents do the entire job. You don't review leads, you don't approve messages, you don't follow up.
You wake up to closed deals.
The irony isn't lost on me - using autonomous AI agents to sell a platform about autonomous AI agents.
What I learned:
Distribution beats product every time. Every founder wastes 10-20 hours/week on sales. That's the real problem to solve.
The future isn't "AI-assisted" - it's full autonomy. Agents that handle entire workflows, not copilots that make you 10% faster.
Question for founders here: If you could automate ONE part of your sales process completely, what would it be? Lead gen? Outreach? Follow-ups? Demos?
Building in public. Currently at leadsynthai.app - happy to answer questions about building, fundraising, or autonomous agents.
Impressive results showing the power of autonomous outbound agents. But be cautious: quality of leads matters more than quantity. As you scale, consider segmenting leads and qualifying them to avoid wasted demos. And think about the onboarding experience for non-technical founders – if they need to tweak prompts or handle errors, your value proposition goes down. Keep focusing on making it truly hands-off and you’ll have a game-changing product.
Totally agree. In my early iteration I was optimizing for “more conversations,” then quickly realized lead quality and routing are what make the whole thing feel hands off, not just noisy. That’s why I built segmentation and qualification into the flow, and I’m improving onboarding so non technical founders do not have to touch prompts or debug errors. What kind of product are you selling right now, and how are you currently qualifying leads before a demo? If you want, happy to set you up with a trial so you can see how we handle quality and handoff end to end.
