I built AI Photo Talk – turn any photo into a talking video with AI

Hey Indie Hackers 👋

I recently launched a small project called AI Photo Talk. It lets you upload a photo, add text, and instantly generate a short talking video with AI.

👉 Why I built it:
I often felt traditional video editing was too complicated for small creators and side projects. I wanted a simpler way to make photos more engaging — especially for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and social posts.

👉 Who it’s for:

• Creators who want quick content

• Educators who need explainer videos

• Small businesses sharing ideas online
