I built AIBillingDashboard to help founders and teamstrack and optimize all ofyour AI service expenses.

Hey IH 👋

Companies are hemorrhaging money on inefficient AI usage without even realizing it.

After watching countless teams, and myself, struggle to manage ballooning AI costs across multiple platforms (juggling between billing portals, losing track of spending, getting surprised by bills), I decided to build.

After ~1 week, I launched (first launch) an MVP for AIBillingDashboard.com.

What I built:

  • A unified dashboard that tracks spending across all major AI providers (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Tavily, Pinecone, Make.com, n8n, HuggingFace, etc).

  • Cost comparison tools that show which models give best value for specific use cases

  • Usage analytics that identify cost-saving opportunities across your AI stack

  • Billing cycle tracking and payment alerts to avoid surprise charges

I'm essentially replacing the chaotic spreadsheets and custom scripts that I and teams use to track AI spending with something more simple / straightforward.

Additionally, I built this because while AI adoption is skyrocketing, cost management tools haven't really kept pace, is extremely siloed, and/or create new points of failure such as having usage/analytical requests sent out first to track usage before sending out the prompt for completion.

Would love feedback from the community and/or any AI power users out there!

Anyone else building tools for the AI ecosystem? What cost management challenges are you facing?

you should take advantage of SEO by using the word "Budget" and all words associated with it. I would even rename this to something simple like "Budget AI" with a slogan like "AI on a Budget"

I think its a great product would like to see testimonials and a gif of people using it. even if that gif is just b-roll

That’s a great idea and we have a blog intended for insights, guides, tutorials, etc that would definitely help with that! Maybe buying a domain around budget ai could help too?

        100%

thats marketing 101, assuming its not already taken. maybe you can find "Budget.ai" instead if budget ai is not available

100% agree and $44k minimum pre-PMF not sure about that 😂😂

That must mean it has warm/hot leads waiting. i would investigate. might be worth it.

    Hi, @octavianneng 👋

I would emphasize more on possible savings, maybe even add a separate block about that. The more you can save for your clients, the easier to prove to them value and sell a subscription. It would be perfect if this Services Section could be illustrated through a real use case, something like "Here is XYZ company that previously spent 2 times more on AI, but now they spend 54% less" (sexy % of impact always good). And a photo of a smiling XYZ owner with an Inspirational quote.

Just another idea (maybe dumb). Does it make sense in your case to add some kind of simplified calculator to give users play with some pieces of their data? And you can add a really good contextual hook there by adding a CTA like "Advanced Comparison" that leads to a subscription form.

Hey, both options are great recommendations, thank you! Also, thinking of creating a super simple api platform (probably in golang) for clients can programmatically upload usage data from an API endpoint
