I Built AIVI – A Deterministic Career Intelligence Platform (Not Another AI Resume Writer)

Over the past few months, I’ve been building AIVI — an AI-powered Career Intelligence OS.

It started as a simple idea: build a resume improvement tool using AI.

But while testing existing AI resume tools, I realized something important.

Most of them rewrite content.

Very few actually analyze positioning.

Rewriting your resume doesn’t tell you:
• Why you’re not getting shortlisted
• Whether you actually match the job
• What skills you’re missing
• If you’re ready for promotion

So I shifted the product direction.

Instead of building another AI writer, I focused on structured evaluation.

AIVI now does:

• Resume scoring (ATS + content structure)
• Job match percentage calculation
• Skill gap detection
• Tool gap identification
• 30/60/90 day skill roadmap
• Interview intelligence generation
• Promotion readiness scoring
• Resume rebuild aligned to a specific target role

The key difference is deterministic scoring layered on top of AI analysis.

The system evaluates structured factors instead of just generating better sentences.

Tech stack:
• React + Vite
• Firebase (Auth + Firestore)
• Gemini API
• Server-side structured analysis
• Plan gating + usage tracking

It’s currently live at:
https://aivilabs.com

Right now, my biggest challenge isn’t product — it’s distribution.

I’d genuinely appreciate feedback from fellow builders on:

• Whether this solves a meaningful pain point
• The positioning angle
• How you’d approach early traction for a B2C SaaS like this

Happy to answer any technical or product questions.
