I built an AI audio platform for bloggers, podcasters, and authors, now I have ~60 days to figure out market fit - need help to save it

Hey IH community,

I'm a solo founder who spent months building an AI audio content creation platform. Creators, educators, and businesses can turn their written content into professional audio using AI voices - no recording equipment needed.

The tech works (Supabase cloud storage, LemonFox TTS, WordPress). The platform
works. But I have ~60 days to get traction or I'm in serious trouble.

What the platform does:

  • Upload any written content (books, courses, podcasts, meditations, training materials, etc.)
  • Select from 10+ premium AI voices (American English)
  • Generate professional audio narration
  • Export production-ready files for publishing (audiobooks, courses, podcasts, etc.)
  • Complete workflow from planning to publishing

Who it's for:

  • Authors creating audiobooks
  • Course creators producing audio lessons
  • Podcasters generating episodes from scripts
  • Coaches/consultants creating guided content
  • Businesses producing training materials
  • Content creators repurposing written content to audio

What I've tried:

  • Facebook ads (no budget left)
  • Reaching out to publishers and educators (slow/no response)
  • Email outreach to creator blogs (low response rate)

The problem I'm solving:
Traditional audio production costs $5,000-$15,000 and takes months. My platform reduces that to $97-$297 and 2-3 hours. Whether you're creating an audiobook, online course, podcast, or training program.

What I'm offering:

  • Free beta access to first 10 indie hackers
  • Lifetime 50% discount for feedback/testimonials
  • Your input shapes the platform's future

Platform: coharmonify.com

Honest questions:

  • Would you use this for your content (courses, podcasts, audiobooks, etc.)?
  • What am I missing in my approach?
  • How would you get users if you were in my shoes?

Happy to answer any technical questions about the stack too (Supabase, WordPress,
TTS integration, etc.)

Thanks for reading. This community has helped so many solo founders - hoping you
can help me too.
