I’ve been working on a small project called SoloCEO — an AI system that helps solo founders make clearer decisions when they don’t have anyone to ask.

I built it because I ran my previous businesses alone and hit serious decision fatigue. Too many choices, no mentors, no board… just pressure. So I started designing a simple tool that can diagnose your situation and suggest a clear next step.

The first version is a PDF toolkit I’m launching today.
