Hey IH π
I'm Sujit, a full-stack developer from Dhaka, Bangladesh. This is my first build-in-public post for eGPTenderHub.
The problem: Almost all public procurement in Bangladesh runs through one government portal (e-GP) β roughly $30B a year and 20,000+ tenders a month. For a small contractor, that volume is the problem: which tenders am I eligible for? Which Standard Tender Document applies under the new PPR 2025 rules? What price should I bid? Most firms just guess, or pay a consultant.
What I built: Upload any tender notice and the AI returns an eligibility score against your company profile, the correct tender document and mandatory clauses, the "Significantly Low Tender" threshold (bid below it and you risk rejection), and an auto-priced BoQ from the official government rate schedule. There's also a mode for foreign firms that need a local joint-venture partner to bid here.
Where I'm at: MVP is live. Right now I'm getting the analysis logic validated by certified procurement experts before pushing hard for users β I'd rather find the flaws privately than in front of customers.
Where I'm stuck (genuinely want your input): This is a niche, trust-driven, mostly-offline B2B market β these contractors aren't browsing tech sites. My instinct is Facebook groups + direct outreach + partnering with procurement trainers, not ads. For anyone who's launched in a relationship-heavy, non-tech niche: what got you your first 10 paying users?
Thanks for reading π Happy to answer anything about the govtech/procurement side.
