I built ORBIT to solve that problem.

ORBIT is a Chrome extension that turns customer conversations into actionable insights. It helps founders detect refund risks, identify recurring pain points, and generate contextual AI replies in seconds.

Instead of manually reviewing every comment or review, sellers get a single AI-powered command center that highlights what matters most.

The first version focuses on digital product marketplaces, with AppSumo workflows supported today and expansion planned for Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy, Shopify, and other platforms.
