Most people don't realize that 60-70% of standard businesscontracts are identical boilerplate. NDA, freelance agreements,SaaS terms — the structure almost never changes.

So I built a tool that generates them in ~30 seconds using GPT-4.Not just fills templates — actually understands context and adjustsclauses based on your situation.

Things I got wrong on v1:- Generated too much legalese nobody reads- No risk analysis (added later)- Forgot e-signatures (people always need to sign)

Happy to answer questions about the tech stack or what featuresactually got used vs ignored.

(Built with Next.js + GPT-4 + Prisma if anyone curious)

The e-signature lesson is interesting because it sounds small, but it potentially changes what product you’re building.

From actual usage so far, are people mainly coming because they want a contract generated faster, or are you seeing them expect the whole contract workflow to happen in one place?

      Great question, Aryan.

From what I'm seeing so far, people come for the

generation speed — the "30 seconds" hook gets them in.

But they stay (and upgrade) when they discover the

risk analysis catches things they would have missed.

The e-signature piece is what turns it from a "generator"

into a full workflow tool. That's the key — people don't

want to jump between 3 tools to get one contract signed.

The goal was one place: describe → generate → review

risks → sign. No lawyer needed for the routine stuff.

I appreciate you taking the time to explain your thinking.

I'd be interested in continuing the conversation by email if you're open to it. What's the best email to reach you on?
