I built an AI diagram tool to help you think clearly, work visually, and explain faster

Hey Indie Hackers 👋

I’m the co-founder of Fluig AI — a tool we built for makers, teams, and thinkers who are tired of messy docs, endless bullet points, and hard-to-follow workflows.

Most people are juggling Notion, Miro, Lucidchart, maybe a whiteboard photo or two… and still feel like their ideas aren’t landing clearly.

So we asked:
What if your ideas could turn into structured diagrams — instantly — powered by AI?
What if you could explain your thoughts visually, without drawing boxes manually?

That’s what Fluig AI is.

You can create structured outputs from plain text, like:
🧠 Mind maps
📈 Flowcharts
📅 Timelines
🐟 Fishbone diagrams
📋 Tables & Kanban boards
📄 Docs, cards, even simple code structures
💬 And a built-in chat interface to refine everything

Our goal?
Help people think better and communicate faster — by making visuals as easy to create as text.
We want to be the go-to tool for teams that live in ideas and move fast.

We just launched and are seeing great traction — 150k+ site visits in our first month, and #3 Product of the Day on PH!

As a thank-you to the Indie Hackers community, we’re giving away 1-month of Fluig Pro for free.Just use the activation code: INDIEFLUIG when you sign up 🎁

Would love your thoughts, feedback, or feature ideas 🙏
Also happy to share behind-the-scenes or walk through real use cases if anyone's interested!

Nice work on Fluig 🎉 — from what I read, that UX is going to be really clean!

AI tools often struggle with accessible messaging.

I can rewrite your landing intro or tagline to speak directly to non-tech users—would that be helpful?

I am ZhouBai,the CEO of Fluig.

&,Thx, you are very thoughtful. Your help is exactly what we are not good at. It would be great if you could help Fluig. At the same time, I want to add your telegram, and I think maybe we can have more communication.

Super cool concept, Camile — visuals really do cut through noise faster than text, especially in complex or regulated industries.

I’m building CompliAssistant, an AI-powered HIPAA compliance tool for small businesses. A lot of what we do involves policy logic, workflows, and audit trails — and Fluig-style visualizations could be powerful for simplifying all that.

Have you seen anyone using Fluig in a compliance or healthcare context yet? Would love to jam on potential use cases.

Also, congrats on the traction and PH launch — that's no small feat 👏

I really appreciate your insight. At present, we have clients in Hongkong, Chengdu, Beijing and Shenzhen. They are law firms. They use Fluig to conduct compliance review on the company's marketing copy to help their clients avoid violating China's advertising law. But I didn't find any customers using it in the field of health care. At the same time, I communicated with a user on wechat. He is a pharmaceutical sales representative who uses Fluig to analyze customer intentions, motivations and purchase intentions. Of course, I am very willing to discuss cooperation opportunities with you and look forward to communicating with you.

Actually, I just realized I can’t DM on Indie Hackers yet — but if you’re open to chatting, feel free to drop a contact or ping me here: compliassistant@gmail.com

Would love to continue the conversation!

Thanks Camile — that’s really interesting to hear about the legal use cases in China and even the pharma sales rep! Super smart how people are adapting Fluig for compliance and strategy already.

I’d definitely be up for exploring a potential integration or partnership — I think there’s a real opportunity to bring visual clarity to HIPAA policies, audit readiness, and training flows.

I'll DM you so we can chat further!

    Congrats Camile!

Fluig AI really looks like a game-changer for those of us who deal with complex ideas daily and need visual clarity — especially for distributed teams or solo makers building fast.

I really like the “text-to-visual” frictionless approach. I’ve tested various tools (Lucidchart, Whimsical, excalidraw, etc.) but the biggest barrier is often how quickly and fluidly you can go from idea to screen… or better: from “thought to graph”

    Quick feedback:
I’d love to see an easy way to embed diagrams into Notion or similar tools.
A real-time “live collaboration” mode would be killer for teams (even in beta).
Export formats optimized for social media or pitch decks (auto-layout images or PDFs) could be powerful.

Definitely recommending it to other founders.
I’m also building a SaaS (ZugFlow) — so I know the grind it takes to reach this point.
Congrats on the Product Hunt milestone

PS: I used the INDIEFLUIG code — thanks a lot

Your suggestion is very good. We already have MCP ability and are trying to cooperate with notion. I went to see ZugFlow, and I'm sure it's a great idea. At the same time, I'm willing to provide ZugFlow with MCP of Fluig AI. And, what do you mean by INDIEFLUIG CODE
