I built an AI life coach to help people actually achieve their goals (looking for early users)

Hey everyone đź‘‹

I’ve just launched something I’ve been working on for a while, it’s called Kovi.

Kovi is an AI life coach designed to help you actually follow through on your goals, not just set them.

The idea came from a pretty familiar frustration…
I’ve tried habit trackers, productivity apps, todo lists, all useful, but none of them really kept me moving forward. They track what you do, but they don’t really guide you when motivation drops or you’re not sure what to do next.

What I really wanted was something that felt more like a coach, something that could:

  • Help you figure out what you actually want

  • Break it down into realistic steps

  • Keep you accountable without being overwhelming

So I built Kovi to do exactly that.

It combines:

  • AI coaching conversations

  • Goal setting (from small wins to big life goals)

  • Habit building

  • Journalling / reflection

All in one place, focused on helping you actually achieve things, not just plan them.

I’ve just launched the first version and I’m looking for early users to try it out and give honest feedback.

If this sounds like something you’ve struggled with too, I’d genuinely love to hear what you think 🙏

this is a really familiar problem

i’ve tried a lot of tools like this

and they were helpful in theory

but in practice i still had to decide what to focus on every day

    so even with everything “tracked”

it didn’t really remove that mental load

felt like i was still the one connecting the dots

curious — have you seen people actually stick with it?

or do they drop off once that initial motivation fades?

This is super interesting, Rob. I’ve tried so many habit trackers and productivity apps, and I think the exact problem you highlight is why most of them fail me — they track what I do, but don’t help me actually move forward when motivation dips.

I love the idea of framing it like a coach rather than a tracker. That human touch, even through AI, seems like it could make a huge difference.

Curious — have you noticed whether people respond more to the step-by-step guidance or the reflection/journaling prompts? I imagine both help, but in very different ways depending on personality and habits.
