Hey Indie Hackers 👋
I’ve been working on Amolliate, an AI Product Manager that helps founders and teams turn raw ideas into structured sprint plans — automatically.
As a product developer, I noticed most founders struggle not with ideas, but with execution.
They jump between tools, docs, and spreadsheets trying to plan tasks, prioritize features, and estimate costs — and the creative flow dies in the chaos.
So I built Amolliate to handle all that, automatically.
You just describe your product or feature, and Amolliate generates:
- Sprint-ready task breakdowns
- Priority and cost estimation
- AI-driven planning suggestions
It’s built with Next.js, Tailwind, TypeScript, Supabase, and Stripe — and it’s live now:
I’d love your feedback:
- Do you see yourself using an AI PM like this?
- What feature would make it indispensable for your workflow?
Thanks for reading, and happy shipping! 🚀
This is a good instinct, most founders don't lack ideas, they lack a system for turning them into what do I actually do today. I'm the founder of FounderFlow, we built something adjacent for the operational side, surfacing which two or three things across a founder's businesses need attention that day instead of the sprint planning side. One thing I'd ask users early: does Amolliate ever tell them a task isn't worth doing at all, or does it only ever add to the plan? The tools that get real trust usually earn it by removing something, not just organizing everything.
i have gone through your site and think its really useful especially to new users. keep it up!
Congratulations! 👌
This is a really smart use of AI — bridging the gap between ideation and execution is one of the biggest pain points for founders and small teams. Most tools focus on managing existing tasks, but few help create a clear roadmap from a raw idea. Love how Amolliate automates sprint planning while keeping the human creativity intact. Excited to see how it evolves — especially how teams use it to move from concept to build faster and with more focus.
Thanks a lot — that means a lot coming from someone who actually understands the gap founders deal with daily.
My goal with Amolliate is exactly that: reduce the friction between “I have an idea” and “here’s the actionable plan to ship it.” Most teams lose weeks in that gap.
Right now I’m refining the task-generation engine and improving how it prioritizes work based on scope, impact, and dependencies. The goal is to let founders stay in creative mode while the system handles the heavy lifting underneath.
Appreciate the support — feedback like yours helps shape where this goes next. If you ever want early access to the deeper planning tools, happy to send it over.

Hey Yokum, I went through your site. It’s solid, but I noticed a few areas that could convert better. The messaging and flow are strong technically, but the value for founders isn’t super clear yet. With a few tweaks to clarity, visuals, and the waitlist flow, you could get way more signups and stronger trust on first visit.
I’d love to help you refine that, tighten the story, redesign the flow, and make the whole thing feel more conversion-ready. Would you be open to a quick chat about it?
That’s really helpful, Jade . I agree on the clarity part. It's totally new and I’m reworking the hero and flow this week to make the value more visible upfront. Would love to DM you when I push the new version.
This is a really solid idea. I completely agree that most founders don’t struggle with ideas, but with turning them into something structured and actionable. Amolliate seems to tackle that head-on.
I checked out the site — the interface feels clean and focused. It might be even more powerful if it could connect directly with tools like Notion, Linear, or Trello so teams can plug the generated sprints straight into their workflow.
Good catch, integrations with Notion/Linear are actually on my roadmap. I’ll likely start with a JSON export so teams can plug it in easily.
I will keep updated the project. But IDK anything about marketing, What should i do?
F> You asked for feedback on an "indispensable feature," so here's my thought:
IndieHackers community really cool. Today I gained maybe 10 users for this project. I realized some problems and fixed it. Thanks for your contributions.
Also some great features are on the way!
Quick note: Amolliate is still about 75% done — I’m improving the flow and fixing the bugs you’ve pointed out.
Really appreciate all the feedback so far, it’s helping shape the next release 🙏
Hey everyone, happy to answer questions about how I built it (Next.js + Supabase + Stripe) or how the AI planning works under the hood. AMA 👇
This is such a needed service. The 'choreograph' line is creative. From a clarity-first perspective, a version like 'You have the idea. We'll build the plan and guide your hands' might resonate even faster with beginners who are overwhelmed. Just a thought! Great work.
Love that suggestion. I’m trying to find the balance between creativity and clarity might test that ‘you have the idea, we build the plan’ line next!
