I built an AI scribe for chiropractors — now saving users 2+ hours daily

Just launched ChiroScribe — an AI tool that turns voice recordings into SOAP notes for chiropractors.
The origin story:
My best friend is a chiropractor. He sees 25-30 patients a day, and every night he'd spend 1-2 hours typing up documentation. One day he vented about it and I thought... wait, this is 2026, why is this still a thing?
What it does:
Record a voice memo after seeing a patient → AI transcribes and formats it into a proper SOAP note → Review, sign, done. 30 seconds instead of 5-10 minutes per patient.
What's working:
Apple Watch app is the killer feature — chiropractors can dictate between patients without pulling out their phone
AI learns each user's writing style over time (tracks edits, adapts)
Multi-patient detection — record multiple visits in one go
Current traction:
- 2,000+ notes generated
- $29/mo pricing
What I learned:
1. Niche B2B is underrated. Chiropractors have money, hate admin work, and talk to each other. Word of mouth is real.
2. Building the mobile app was worth it. Web-only wouldn't have worked for this use case.
3. HIPAA isn't as scary as it sounds. Field-level encryption + sensible practices go a long way.
What's next:
Integrations with practice management software
Android app
Expanding to other specialties (PT, massage therapy)
