Hey everyone,
Like a lot of people here, I’ve tried every productivity app on the market. But I realized a brutal truth: standard productivity apps assume you can stick to a rigid, perfect plan. When you can't, they punish you for it. Missed tasks pile into a "shame wall," badly timed pings ruin your focus, and eventually, you just abandon the tool. Static plans rarely survive contact with a busy morning.
So, I built Sihem—a personal AI mentor living directly on Telegram, designed for anyone who is tired of traditional, high-pressure productivity apps.
Why a Telegram chatbot instead of a heavy app?
Zero friction: You don't need to download another bulky app or go through a massive signup flow.
Like texting a patient friend: It acts like a calm, conversational presence right in your pocket.
Adaptive Quiet Mode: It treats your attention as a finite resource. It knows when to speak up and when to stay silent so it doesn't become the distraction.
No judgment: If you go missing for days or have an unproductive week, it doesn't spam or chase you. Coming back always feels safe.
What I need from you:
I am user #1 for this product, but right now, my only goal is validation and feedback from a first beta cohort of 20–50 users. Billing isn't even set up yet.
It is completely free to try. Whether you have ADHD, struggle with standard calendars, or just want a more human, conversational way to stay on track, I need you to test it out. Tell me where it fails, what features feel overwhelming, and how the interaction feels.
You can jump right in and try it here:

Would love to hear your thoughts on the concept!
For a 20 to 50 person beta, I would make the first test brutally concrete: pick one chaotic moment, like Monday morning planning or getting back on track after missing a day, and optimize only that loop.
The "no shame wall" positioning is strong, but people may not feel it until they fail once and return. If you can design the bot to handle that return moment really well, you will learn faster than by testing a broad productivity assistant.
One thing I'd keep testing is whether people are choosing Sihem because it's on Telegram or because it removes the feeling of failing a productivity system.
The second is much harder for competitors to copy. Telegram is the delivery mechanism, but "I can always come back without guilt" feels like the product people will actually remember.
Telegram feels like an interesting surface for this because the habit loop is already there, but trust/onboarding can be tricky.
How are you thinking about the first 60 seconds after a user opens the bot? For products inside Telegram, I’ve found that users often decide very quickly whether it feels useful or “just another bot.”
Are you optimizing more for daily retention or for one strong first-session outcome?
