I built an AI tool that generates full campaigns. SEO isn’t working. What am I missing?

Hey, could use some real feedback here.

I built a product that takes one brief and turns it into a full marketing campaign. Not just a blog or ad. The whole thing across channels, all aligned.

I thought that would resonate.

But I’m getting basically zero traction from SEO.

I’ve done what I thought was the right stuff.
30+ pages, blog and resources, internal links, FAQs, targeting “AI marketing content” type keywords, even ran some ads and a demo video. Got views, no conversions.

Nothing’s really clicking.

At this point I can’t tell if:

• I’m explaining it poorly

• People aren’t searching for this

• Or this just isn’t an SEO-driven product

Feels like I built something different, but I might be trying to market it like everything else.

If you were in my shoes, what would you do next?

Tear it apart. I’d rather hear it straight than keep guessing.
