I shoot stock footage on the side — drones, real estate, nature clips. The shooting part is fun. The metadata part is a grind. Every clip needs a title, description, and 30-50 keywords. Then you export a CSV, but Blackbox wants different columns than Shutterstock, which wants different columns than Pond5. I was spending more time in spreadsheets than actually shooting. So I built ClipMeta. You upload your clips, the AI watches the actual video frames (not just the filename) and generates titles, descriptions, and keywords. You review everything inline, edit anything you don't like, then download a CSV in the exact format each platform needs. What I got right: supporting Blackbox.global's CSV format. Nobody else does this. Blackbox is the biggest aggregator for stock footage (distributes to 20+ platforms) and their import template is specific. ClipMeta handles it automatically.
