I Built an AI Tool that Turns URLs Into Videos – Looking for Feedback

I’ve been working on a project called UrlToVideo, an AI tool that converts URLs or product pages into ready-to-publish videos.

The idea came from a simple problem I kept noticing: video content performs extremely well online, but creating videos is still surprisingly difficult for many marketers and ecommerce sellers.

Most businesses already have product pages, landing pages, or written content. But turning that content into engaging videos usually requires filming, editing skills, and multiple tools. For many small teams, that process is slow and expensive.

So we started experimenting with a simple idea:

What if you could turn a URL directly into a video?

With UrlToVideo, users can paste a product page or link, and the system automatically analyzes the content and generates a marketing video. The goal is to reduce the friction of video creation and make it accessible even for people without video editing experience.

Right now the platform can generate:

1. marketing videos from URLs

2. product videos for ecommerce pages

3. simple AI-generated video scenes based on page content

We’re still improving the product and trying to understand how people actually want to use it.

A few things I’m currently curious about:

1. Would you use something like this for your product or marketing?

2. What kind of videos would be most useful (ads, demos, social posts, etc.)?

3. What features would make this more valuable?
