I built an AI tool to fix a surprisingly frustrating problem: visa photo rejections

I recently launched USVisaPhotoAI — a simple tool that helps you create US visa & passport photos that actually meet official requirements.
The problem
While working on this, I realized how many people get their visa photos rejected for small reasons:
Wrong head size
Bad background
Incorrect positioning
Lighting issues
Most people don’t even know what went wrong.
They either:
Go to a photo studio and pay again
Or keep retrying blindly
What I built
So I built a tool that doesn’t just generate a photo — it checks it using AI.
It validates multiple parameters like:
Head size ratio
Face alignment
Background compliance
Overall framing
Basically, it tells you if your photo will likely be accepted before you submit it.
Goal
Make visa photos something you can do at home in minutes — without rejection anxiety.
Current status
Just launched and starting to see initial traffic (and even some unexpected bot traffic ).
Still improving accuracy and UX.
