I built an AI tool to redesign your home (interior, exterior & garden) from a single photo πŸ‘πŸ€–

Hey fellow IndieHackers! πŸ‘‹
Have you ever tried to visualize what your living room would look like with a different style, or how your backyard would feel with a new landscape design? It’s surprisingly hard to imagine, and hiring an interior designer just to explore concepts is super expensive.
That’s exactly why I built Janvai.
What is Janvai?
It’s an AI-powered home renovation and design platform. The concept is super simple: you take a photo of your current space, upload it, choose your preferred design style (like Minimalist, Mid-Century Modern, Industrial, etc.), and the AI generates a photorealistic render of your newly designed space in seconds.
Here is what it can do right now:
πŸ›‹οΈ Interior Redesign: Completely transform your bedroom, living room, or kitchen.
🏑 Exterior & Facades: See what your house looks like with a modern makeover.
πŸͺ΄ Garden & Landscape: Turn your empty backyard into a cozy outdoor oasis.
🧹 Furniture Removal: Have a messy room? Erase unwanted furniture or clutter with a brush tool.
πŸ”„ Object Replacement: Swap out that old ugly couch for a new one without changing the whole room.
Why I'm sharing this here:
I've just launched the MVP and I am currently looking for my first batch of early adopters. Since IndieHackers always gives the most honest, high-quality feedback, I would absolutely love for you guys to try it out.
I’m particularly looking for feedback on:
The UX/UI: Is the process of uploading and selecting styles intuitive enough?
The Landing Page: Is the value proposition clear when you land on https://www.janvai.com ?
The AI Generation: How do you feel about the quality of the generated images?
If you are currently renovating, moving into a new place, or just want to play around with some cool AI generation, please give it a spin!
Happy to answer any questions about the tech stack, the AI models I’m using, or my marketing plan.
Looking forward to your roasts and feedback! Let me know what you think in the comments. πŸ‘‡
Cheers!
