I'm Pranav, solo founder from Mumbai with a CS and Data Science background. After months of building, GoVoyageTravel is live.

What it does: You enter a destination, dates, budget, and travel style — it generates a complete day-by-day itinerary with real places (Google Maps + Places API), time slots, and budget breakdowns in under 2 minutes.

How it makes money:

• $2 per itinerary (spam filter )

• Real revenue = Affiliate commissions on flights, hotels, car rentals booked through the itinerary

Stack: GPT + Google Maps + Google Places + Firebase

Honest struggles right now:

• Pre-100 paid users, grinding organic distribution

• Reddit keeps filtering every post lol

• Pre-payment flow has no preview — suspect this is my biggest conversion killer

• No ad budget, purely organic

What I'd love feedback on:

• Does the pay-per-use model make sense or should I go subscription?
