I Built an AI Video Generator — Just So She Could Sleep a Little More

She loved making videos.

Whenever we traveled, she filmed.
Everyday life? She filmed.
Even when we were just cooking together, she'd set up her phone to capture every little moment.

She poured her heart into every second of editing—cutting, voicing over, syncing music, adjusting colors—until everything felt “just right.”
Most nights, she’d stay up late editing, eyes tired but still smiling:
"I’ll sleep after this export," she’d say.

And I just wished she didn’t have to work so hard to preserve the moments we already lived.

So I built this for her: Veo3.im

đź’ˇ What is Veo3?
Veo3 is an AI-powered video creation platform I built with her in mind.

All she needs to do is type a script, or drop in some photos,
and the platform handles everything else—voiceovers, editing, subtitles, transitions, even stock footage.

No more sleepless nights in front of a timeline.
No more hours lost syncing audio.

Just a few minutes, and she’d have a beautiful video—one that still feels like her, but without the exhaustion.

💭 I didn’t build it to replace her creativity.
I built it to give her a little more time for herself.
To rest. To breathe.
To sleep one hour longer.
To just be.

I don’t know how many people will use this site.
But I know it was born out of love for one person.

Someone who used to stay up all night editing the love we shared into tiny fragments of memory.

If you ever wished making beautiful videos was easier—
or if you ever built something just for someone you love—
maybe Veo3.im will mean something to you, too.

This is incredible. You can feel the love in every line and intention behind the build. Not just solving a problem, but doing it in a way that honors her creativity without taking it away. Big respect for this. Will definitely check out Veo3.

This is honestly so wholesome, man. Not everything has to be about scale or MRR — sometimes building something for just one person is more than enough.

Love how this wasn’t about replacing her creativity, but giving her space to rest. That line hit hard: “I’ll sleep after this export.” Been there.

Also, Veo3 sounds super useful beyond just this story — the “script + photos → full video” flow could help so many creators who burn out editing.

Whether or not this goes viral, you already won. Appreciate you sharing this.

Building something like that just so she can get a bit more sleep shows how tech can have a real, personal impact. Simple idea, but really meaningful.

I absolutely love the personal story behind this project! It's inspiring to see how you built an AI video generator with the purpose of giving someone more restful sleep. It’s clear that the human touch behind the technology makes a real difference. The blend of AI with real-world applications, like helping others with daily struggles, is something I believe more tech products should focus on. Keep up the amazing work, and I’m excited to see how this evolves!

I think you are not just an app builder, you are a love builder. You are like Shajahan in India, who built Tajmahal for her wife as the symbol of his love. Like that you have built Veo3.
I will use it or not I don't know but I will suggest everyone to use this love apps.

You didn’t just build an app you built a love letter wrapped in code. This hit deep. Respect. 💙

Wow! this is genuinely touching and a brilliant use of tech.

Love that your motivation came from something so personal and real. It’s easy to forget how AI can make life better in small, quiet ways like this.

Technically curious: how did you handle the video rendering? Custom pipeline or something like Pika/Sora?

Following for more, I’m building some GPT-based tools for creators myself, and this hit differently.

This is one of the most heartfelt launches I’ve seen in a while. It’s clear this wasn’t built just to catch a trend but to solve a real, personal pain, and that intention comes through.

I’m not a heavy video editor, but I know people who are, and the exhaustion is real. Love the focus on preserving the creator’s style while saving them time. Wishing you both the best with this.

I like your story, and I'm also very interested in how you generate AI videos.
Is the video generation powered by third-party APIs, or is it a proprietary system?
