I built an AI video tool for car dealers because videographers charge $200-500 per listing

Where I'm at: 5 months in, bootstrapped, solo. Blog content is ranking — showing up organically against funded competitors like Spyne and Phyron with zero ad spend. Real dealers and rental operators using it daily. Working on distribution next — this post is part of that.
