I kept running into the same problem with making video content.
You record a 10-minute video. Edit it. Then realise you mispronounced something in minute 3. Or the product changed. Or you want it in Spanish too. Back to the mic. Back to matching audio levels from three weeks ago.
That loop frustrated me enough to build something.
What I built
VoiceUp lets you write what you want said, pick a voice, and get a finished dubbed video — in multiple languages, no mic required. Upload an existing video, fix the transcript where needed, and revoice it entirely — or start fresh from a script.
What I learned
Used VoiceUp to build its own demo videos. You find different things when you're a real user, not a developer testing edge cases.
Where I am
$0 MRR. Building solo. Early users signing up organically. Still figuring out how to find more users.
If you've been through this stage, what moved the needle?
I happen to know a few solo SaaS founders who have definitely been through that early user acquisition stage. I could intro you for a quick free chat if you'd like to hear about what moved the needle for them.
