I built an AI you can chat with about your birth chart (no per-minute astrologer fees)

Hey Indie Hackers,

I’ve been working on a project called hiCelestia — an AI astrology chat where you can have unlimited conversations with your birth chart.

The idea came from noticing that most live astrologer chat platforms charge $1–5 per minute, which makes real conversations expensive. Most astrology apps also just give static readings and you can’t ask follow-up questions.

I wanted to build something where you could actually talk to your birth chart like a conversation — ask why you keep attracting the same type of partner, what career fits your chart, why certain patterns repeat in your life, etc.

So I built hiCelestia. You enter your birth details once, it calculates your full natal chart, and then you can ask unlimited questions about love, career, compatibility, personality, and life patterns.

Tech stack:

Next.js, Supabase, Google Gemini, Vercel, astronomy-engine for chart calculations.

Revenue model:

Freemium — free unlimited chat, paid detailed reports.

I’m still early and would love feedback from other indie hackers.

If you could talk to your birth chart, what would you ask it?
