For a long time, I was using different tools to run simple outbound campaigns.
The workflow looked something like this:
One tool to find leads
Another to scrape business details
Another platform to send cold emails
Sometimes another tool for automation
Apart from the cost, the bigger problem was the constant switching between tools. Exporting leads, cleaning data, importing into another platform… it quickly became messy.
At some point I thought:
Why isn’t there a single platform that lets you handle this entire workflow in one place?
So I started building one.
What I Ended Up Building
The platform is designed to help agencies and founders handle lead discovery and outreach without juggling multiple tools.
With it, you can:
Discover business leads directly from Google Maps and company websites
Organize and manage those leads in a simple dashboard
Run outreach campaigns using your own SMTP provider
Automate the process using tools like n8n
The goal was not to build another complex SaaS tool, but something that simplifies the outbound workflow.
A Simple Real-World Example
Let’s say an agency wants to find restaurants in a city that might need digital marketing services.
Normally the process might involve several tools.
With this platform the flow looks like:
Search restaurants in a specific location
Extract business details from Google Maps
Collect website information and context
Add those leads into an outreach campaign
Send personalized emails using your own SMTP
It turns what used to be a multi-tool workflow into one simple process.
Why I Chose the SMTP Approach
Many outreach platforms force you to use their sending infrastructure.
Instead, I decided to let users connect their own SMTP providers, such as:
Gmail
Outlook
Zoho
Hostinger
Amazon SES
SendGrid
This gives agencies more flexibility and control over their sending setup.
Where Things Stand Right Now
The platform is live and running, and I’ve started sharing it with early users to see how it performs in real workflows.
You can check it out here:
Right now my focus is mainly on:
improving the product
getting feedback from real users
understanding how agencies actually use it
Would Love Feedback From the Community
If you run an agency or do outbound outreach, I’d really like to know:
What tools are you currently using?
What part of the process is most frustrating?
What features would make something like this more useful?
Building this has been an interesting learning experience so far, and I’m curious to see how it evolves with feedback from people actually doing outbound work every day.
Always happy to connect and learn from other builders here.
The "apart from the cost, the bigger problem" framing is the honest one — tool fragmentation taxes attention more than wallets. Five dashboards means five places for a campaign to silently break.
Since you're building in this space, the benchmark to beat: the consolidated incumbents just repriced upmarket — ListKit now bundles everything at $597/mo, aimed at 1,000-sends/day teams (Aug 2026). Which actually OPENS ground for an indie build: the affordable all-in-one for starters is suddenly an empty chair. That, or a segment the big bundles serve badly (verticals, geos, compliance regimes), or an intelligence layer they don't have (real trigger detection, not title filters).
"Cheaper all-in-one" is a knife fight. "The all-in-one for [specific niche]" is a business.
Loved your overall analysis. I cannot commit on the "cheaper all-in-one" because the pricing dynamics changes every day. But I can definitely commit on the "The all-in-one for" and this can be scaled as per the business. Please reach out to know more in this regard.
