I Built an Onboarding Flow for a Product with 0 Users

3 hours in Figma.
thinking through edge cases, button states, UX copy.
it felt like progress.

but here’s the truth:
no one was onboarding.
because no one was using it.

classic trap:
avoid the hard thing (talking to real people)
by perfecting the easy thing (flows for ghosts)

so this week, I’m flipping it:
no new features. no UI work.
just inviting people 1:1 to try a Fix Pack
