I built an open source Firestore + React based generic CMS, distributed as a library

I would like to tell you about a CMS/admin panel that we built out of necessity. I love working in Firebase and my partners and I have developed multiple apps and websites with it. After developing the 3rd admin panel for a client, I realised we could built a generic solution that would allow us to go faster and reuse code. We needed the ease of use of modern headless CMS plus the power of Firebase and GCP, and since we couldn't find a solution that did all of that, we built it!

Very briefly, what we have done is a React library where you define the schema of your collections and entities and you get a full blown app with navigation, forms, collections, inline editing, authentication, upload management and a bunch of other goodies.

Your feedback is highly appreciated! 😊😊🙏🙏

The easiest way to get an idea is to check the demo project of an online shop:
https://firecms-demo-27150.web.app/c/products

The GitHub page of the project is
https://github.com/Camberi/firecms

Until now, we have been developing features as we needed them, but I feel like now the project is getting to a point where it fulfils most generic cases, and it allows to be extended using custom views and custom fields.

Would you be interested in using a CMS/admin panel like this?
Looking forward to hear what you think!
Have a great day!
