I Built an Outbound Automation Platform That Replaces 4–5 Tools Agencies Usually Use

One thing I kept noticing while talking to agencies and outbound teams is how fragmented the workflow is when running lead generation campaigns.

Most teams use a stack that looks something like this:

• A lead database to find prospects
• Another tool to extract contact emails
• A cold email platform to send campaigns
• A CRM to track conversations
• Automation tools to connect everything

Apart from the cost, the bigger problem is the constant switching between tools just to run a single campaign.

So I decided to build a system that combines the entire outbound workflow into one platform.

Today the platform can:

Discover business leads directly from Google Maps and company websites

Extract contact emails from business websites

Generate AI-powered outreach campaigns

Run automated email sequences and follow-ups

Track replies and manage prospects in a built-in CRM pipeline

Automate workflows using n8n and webhooks

The goal is simple:
Give agencies and outbound teams a single system to run their lead generation and outreach operations.

The platform is fully functional and already being used for real outreach campaigns.

Right now I’m onboarding a few early users and agency partners who want to use it to run outbound campaigns for their clients.

If you're running:

a lead generation agency

outbound sales campaigns

marketing automation workflows

I'd be interested to hear how you currently structure your outbound stack.
