I built SMS2OTP, an SMS activation platform using real physical SIM cards instead of virtual or VoIP numbers.

Most existing services rely on virtual numbers, which are increasingly blocked or unreliable for services like Google, WhatsApp, Telegram, and others.

I decided to build my own infrastructure using GSM modems and real carrier SIM cards to improve delivery reliability and have full control over the system.

Currently operating with Mexico carrier SIMs and expanding globally by allowing partners to connect their own GSM modems.
