I built and used this boilerplate to generate $2.5M in revenue over 5 years. Now it's yours for cheap.

Hi, my name is Ian and I run a development studio called Gardener. We've been in business since 2019 with a big focus on transparency. Every year, we release our Perennial Report with profit/loss, lead volume, and general business outlook.

2024 Gardener Perennial Report

People often ask me how I build ecommerce websites, and I've never known how to encapsulate all the knowledge into one place. Sprout is a first attempt.

I built this boilerplate for myself over the last 5 years of running Gardener. This exists as the current way all Gardener websites are made.

We're still focused on transparency, so the following rules have to apply:

  1. The license lasts a lifetime and includes all improvements I make to it. Buy once, use forever.

  2. The license explicitly allows you to sell the work you do with it to clients. This is a boilerplate made to sell!

  3. You can vote on the features you want added. I've built so many things over the last 5 years, and will happily share: multicurrency, multilanguage, quiz builders, bundles, etc.

This is primarily focused on ecomm, but you can build anything: marketing websites, Shopify sites, editorial platforms, apps(!), in-store pickup, hotel booking apps, portfolio websites, blogs, etc. It's currently in production and used by the likes of Kid Cudi, Cards Against Humanity, Kernel (by Chipotle), D.S. & Durga, Beni Rugs, ...

What does it currently do?
Next 16 pages/app directory, page transitions, Framer motion, Sanity, Tailwind integration, Klaviyo newsletter signup, Shopify storefront carts, multicurrency, modular page builder, collections and product pages, A/B testing products landings, Vercel and Netlify deployment, reusable components, ISR revalidation, cookie and promo banners, Next cache invalidation, server components, rich text with custom table blocks, images, Mux video, TS support, responsive lazy images, Zustand integration, draft preview, sitemap builder, opengraph editor in CMS, 307/308 redirects inside CMS, GA4, FB tracking, fully baked sanity schema, ... so many more I'm forgetting!

What is on the roadmap?
Essentially all of the things I've built for various clients: Headless and theme versions of account pages, headless Yotpo integration, multicurrency, multilanguage, headless ReCharge, etc.
