I built “Cursor for technical planning” to stop the manual quoting grind

Quoting custom software keeps eating senior time.

You take a messy RFP, turn it into a plan in spreadsheets, argue about estimates, and still don’t really know if the timeline holds with your actual team capacity.

So I built Motionode to automate the technical planning step:

  • Paste requirements (RFP / feature list)
  • Set capacity (design, FE, BE, QA — just counts is enough)
  • It generates a dependency map + timeline based on that capacity
  • Protects you from Scope Creep

Then you can download an estimate + client-ready SOW

I’m not trying to sell a full PM “operating system” here, but trying to make quoting faster and more defensible.

If you build custom software:
Would you use something like this, or do you already have a workflow that works well?

If anyone wants to pressure-test it with a real RFP, I’ll share the free link.
