I built failed-payment recovery for SaaS on Stripe — want to learn from founders who deal with this

Hey everyone,

I built Dunphora — a tool that recovers failed subscription payments for SaaS on Stripe (expired cards, insufficient funds, that kind of thing). It's live and working.

Before I pour energy into marketing it, I want to understand the problem more deeply from founders actually living it — not guess from my own assumptions.

If you run a SaaS on Stripe, I'd love 20 minutes to hear your experience:

- How often do payments fail, and what do you do when they do?

- How much revenue does it actually cost you?

- What's the most annoying part of dealing with it?

I'm not here to pitch — genuinely want to learn. I'll share back what I find across all the conversations (aggregate patterns, numbers) so it's useful to you too.

And if you'd actually like to try it, I'm giving early users 3 months free and I'll set it up with you personally — but no pressure, the chat is the main thing.

Comment or DM if you're up for it. 🙏

I like that you're treating customer conversations as the product work instead of assuming the technical solution is the hard part.

I'll be interested to see which frustration founders bring up first without prompting. That usually reveals where the product creates its strongest value more reliably than feature requests do.

Thank, that means a lot. And you've nailed exactly what I'm watching for: the first frustration someone brings up unprompted, before I steer the conversation anywhere. That's the signal I trust most too.

Out of curiosity, if you've run anything on Stripe subscriptions, what's the first thing that comes to mind when a payment fails? No wrong answer, genuinely curious what surfaces first for you.
