I built Focus Today in 2 days — 0 users, shipping in public

This is my first building in public update.

What I built: Focus Today — you brain dump everything on your mind, AI automatically sorts it into priorities and memos, tracks time on each task. No folders, no tags, no setup.

Why: I kept switching between Notion, Apple Notes, and todo apps. Nothing stuck. I wanted something that does the organizing for me.

Stack: Python + Flask, Claude API, deployed on Render.

Current status: Launched this week. 0 paying users. Getting first feedback.

Goal for this week: Get 5 real users to try it and give honest feedback.
