I built “GhostChat” an embeddable AI widget you can drop on any site in under 2 minutes

I’ve been working on something quietly for the past few weeks, and I just launched it publicly, it’s called GhostChat.

🧠 What it does

GhostChat lets you add an AI chat assistant to any website in seconds.

It’s lightweight, customizable, and works with OpenAI, Claude, and others.

Think of it like ChatGPT, but living inside your own website, answering visitors instantly, no backend setup or monthly SaaS needed.

Just add this before your closing </body> tag:

Why I built this

I noticed most AI chat tools are either expensive SaaS products or require setting up APIs and servers.

I wanted something you could just paste and run, while still keeping your own API keys and control.

So I built GhostChat to:
