I built HARBOR CARGO to make GitHub uploads easier from a browser

I often work on projects from my phone, and moving a project into GitHub can be surprisingly annoying when there are lots of files.

So I built HARBOR CARGO.

HARBOR CARGO is a browser-based tool that lets you upload a project ZIP and send it to GitHub.

You can:

Create a new repository

Update an existing repository

Review file changes

Choose which files to add, replace, or delete

The idea is simple:

Project ZIP → HARBOR CARGO → GitHub

I built it for my own workflow first, but now I'd like to see if it's useful to other developers too.

I'd appreciate honest feedback. What would you change or improve?

The mobile-first angle makes the problem more interesting than just “uploading to GitHub.” The file-change review step also seems useful—especially if the goal is making browser-based GitHub workflows less error-prone.
