I built Harvist to save web content to Notion without the mess

I built Harvist out of a problem I kept running into myself.

I save a lot of content to Notion... articles, websites, YouTube videos, research links, and random useful pages I want to come back to later. But over time, the database always became messy. Duplicates piled up, the structure was inconsistent, and a lot of the saved content was not actually useful when I looked at it again.

Most tools helped me save links. They did not really help me turn that content into something organized and usable.

So I built Harvist.

Harvist is an AI-powered tool that extracts content from websites, articles, YouTube, and other sources, then saves it into Notion in a clean, structured way. It can summarize the content, organize it properly, and update existing entries instead of creating duplicates again and again.

The goal is simple: make Notion a better place to collect and work with information, without the usual copy-paste mess.

I’m still refining it, but the core idea is already clear from the way I use it myself. I wanted something that feels less like a clipper and more like a smart content pipeline for Notion.
