I Built HomepageAuditor Because Founders Keep Tanking Their Homepages

I just launched HomepageAuditor this week, and I'd love your feedback.

The Problem
Over the last few months, I kept noticing the same pattern: founders who absolutely nail their product but completely fail at their homepage. They lose potential customers in the first 3 seconds because visitors can't instantly tell what the product does or why they should care.
I was frustrated enough to build something about it.
What I Built
HomepageAuditor is a simple tool: drop a screenshot of your homepage, get an honest audit in 60 seconds.

You get:
Your homepage score (out of 100)
A 5-second test result (what AI actually understands from your page)
Top 3 critical issues with specific fixes
20+ recommendations covering design, CTAs, color contrast, trust signals, hero copy, and more
A color blindness preview (one of my favorite features)
Downloadable PDF report with before/after copy suggestions
Unlimited re-audits for 30 days — make your fixes, re-audit to see your improved score

The re-audit feature is the key part. You get the audit, implement fixes, then verify the score actually improved. It's not just feedback — it's proof that the recommendations work.
The Model
Free preview for everyone (no signup required). $29 one-time to unlock the full report + unlimited re-audits. No subscriptions, no upsell.

Where I Am Now
Just got approved by Lemon Squeezy this week
Launched to production a few days ago
First handful of early testers gave solid feedback

What I'm Asking
I'd genuinely love honest feedback from this community:
Is the $29 price point fair for a report + 30 days of unlimited re-audits?
Does the homepage explain the product in 3 seconds? (This is the irony.)
Would the ability to track score improvements actually make you use this?
What would make you recommend this to fellow founders?

Happy to give free full audits to anyone in this community who wants to try it out and share feedback.

  1. 1

I'd be careful treating this as a homepage-feedback product too quickly.

The interesting question may not be whether the audits are accurate.

It may be what decision founders are actually hiring the audit to make.

Those sound similar, but they can lead to very different conclusions about pricing, repeat usage, and which signals deserve attention early on.

I wouldn't make that call casually from the first round of feedback.
