Hey everyone,
I’m Maks, the solo founder of MediaMake.
I’ve always felt that creating good visual content was harder than it should be. Professional tools are incredibly powerful, but they often come with a steep learning curve, expensive subscriptions, and features most people never use.
So I started building MediaMake — a browser-based creative editor that combines traditional editing workflows with AI-powered tools.
The idea is simple: give creators, small businesses, marketers, and everyday users a faster way to create and edit images, graphics, and documents without needing advanced design skills or heavy desktop software.
Right now MediaMake helps users:
edit and transform images with AI
create visual content faster
work directly in the browser
simplify common design tasks
I’m building this as a solo founder and would love feedback from the Indie Hackers community.
What I’m especially interested in:
What features would make you switch from existing tools?
What workflows feel unnecessarily complicated today?
What would you expect from a modern creative editor?
Thanks for checking it out — I’d love to hear your thoughts.
I think the biggest opportunity isn't adding more AI features—it's removing decisions.
The more the product helps people get from an idea to a finished visual with less friction, the stronger the value becomes.
